How to Make Honey Ginger Wraps
These wraps can be made fast and easily. You’ll only need several things. Some people prefer using tin foil for the wrap.
Ingredients:
- Coconut oil
- Honey
- Gauze
- Napkin
- Bandage
- Flour
Directions:
Prepare a paste from the honey and the flour. Try not to touch it. Add some coconut oil and some fresh ginger juice and then re-roll this mixture in flour.
Put the paste on a napkin and then wrap it with a gauze.
Put the wrap on your back or chest and fasten it with a bandage. Then, put your PJs on and go to bed.
