How to Use Sodium Bicarbonate for Kidney Damage
1st Day – you need to dissolve 1/2 teaspoon baking soda under the tongue.
2nd Day – you need to mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with 1/2 teaspoon of salt into 1.5 liters of water, and drink each day for 2-3 days.
After the 2nd day, you need to reduce your daily dosage to 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/3 teaspoon of salt.
And don’t forget – you need to avoid all items that dehydrate your body, including salt, tea, foods and drinks that are very rich in crystalline sugar, coffee, carbonated drinks, alcohol. And, do not eat more than the daily recommended amount of protein, since excessive protein intake can put strain on your kidneys, causing more damage.
