Japanese women are the ones who are least susceptible to breast cancer. Allegedly, their slim line is the main reason behind this.
According to the findings of a Norwegian study, individuals who consume three glass of milk daily, have a two times increased risk of breast cancer in comparison to the ones who consume half a cup, or less.
Unfortunately, the breast cancer is in expansion and we are all aware of it. If we take into consideration a whole range of factors, it turns out that milk could be responsible for the increased risk of this disease. Initially, it was thought that milk only accelerates the development of an already existent cancer, but the Norwegian scientists claim that apart from that, it is the main culprit for its occurrence in the first place.
U.S.A, Sweden, Finland, Canada and Britain are the countries with the highest breast cancer occurrence. The consumption of milk in these countries is on the top position on the food chart. However, breast cancer rarely appears in countries that don’t consume that much milk. So, as we already said, women who drink 3 glasses of milk a day compared to the ones who drink less have a higher risk of breast cancer.
Carcinogenic content is present in the hormones and growth factors of the milk, and in the synthetic supplements of vitamin D, which is often put in milk to enrich it, so people consume two times more vitamin D than others.
However, other factors are also responsible for breast cancer. Sugar, pastry, various meats – such as pork, are connected to the increased number of cases of breast cancer. Consumption of fish and raw vegetable however, leads to a decline.
Tight bras increase the risk as well. Wearing a bra for 12 hours a day equals for about 20% risk increase, especially bras with metal or plastic.
